摘要
本文研究了影响含Fe尘泥球团强度的各种因素,并对球团的微结构进行了分析。提出了用某种物质做添加剂来提高球团的强度。即,当球团中加入2-6%的添加剂时,可使冷球团达到35kg/cm^2以上;如果将冷球团在一定温度下进行热处理,热球团强度可以达到70kg/cm^2以上。完全满足氧气顶吹转炉炼钢的强度要求。这有利于转炉烟尘的回收利用,避免了二次污染。
In this paper, the influences of differant factors on the strength of briquettes made from flue dust of oxygen top-blown converter were studied and materials to be used as an additive to increase the strength of briquettes were proposed. By adding 2-6% additive, the strength of cold briquettes reached above 35kg/cm^2, and that of hot briquettes reached above 70kg/cm^2 after heated at a certain temperature, the strength of such briquettes met the requirement of the in put material oxygen top blown converter and increased the utilization of the flue dust in steel making, and hence reduced the atmospheric contamination greatly.
