摘要
目的:考察吡拉西坦注射液细菌内毒素的检查方法的可行性。方法:抑制增强试验和对比试验。结果:1:2样品溶液无干扰作用,与家兔法结果一致。结论:将吡拉西坦注射液稀释2倍可用灵敏度为0.5EU·ml^(-1)的鲎试剂作细菌内毒素检查。
Objective: To inspect the feasibity of bacterial endotoxin test on piracetam injection. Method: Interference & contrast test were used. Result: The test had no disturbed by sample solution of 1: 2 which was the same as rabbit test. Conclusion: Piracetam injection added into the solvent up to 2 times could receive the bacterial endotoxin test by TAL of sensitivity as 0. 5 EU ml-1.
