摘要 介绍碱性氮化合物对油品质量和加工过程影响 ,加氢精制脱碱性氮效率和存在问题 ,研制开发出二氧化碳酸性水溶液洗涤脱除碱性氮新技术 ,可将油品中碱性氮化合物分离出来 ,洗涤柴油脱碱氮率平均达 65 %以上 ,提高了油品安定性 ,本技术可以脱除碱性氮后再进行加氢精制是劣质油加工的一个新途径 ,此方法工艺简单 ,投资少 ,成本低。 The influence of basic nitrogen compounds on oil quality and processing procedures was introduced in this paper, the efficiency and problems of the removing nitrogen compounds by hydrogenating refining were discussed. New technique had been developed to remove the basic nitrogen compounds through washing by acid solution of carbon dioxide. This technique can separate the basic nitrogen compounds from oil. The efficiency of the removing basic nitrogen compounds from diesel can reach to 65% or over. The stability of oil was improved. This technique made it possible to refine the oil by hydrogenation after the washing removal of the basic nitrogen compounds. It was a new method for the processing low quality oil. This technique had the characteristics of simple processing procedures, less investment and low cost.
