摘要
用中医的理论观点探讨体力性疲劳的病理病机,提出"本虚标实"为体力性疲劳的病理病机特点.并对体力性疲劳分型,辩证论治,提出以"补"为主"清"为辅的治疗与延缓体力性疲劳的治法及方药.
According to theory of the traditional Chinese medicine, this article discussed the pathology of physical tiredness, put forward the pathology characteristics of physical tiredness, that is, the root is weak, the surface is strong, and advocated the solution method: mainly 'nourishment', supplementary 'clear'.
