摘要
目前 ,国内外在进行顾客满意度研究时 ,有几个代表性的模型在实践中被广泛运用 ,但它们又各有优缺点 ,适用于不同的研究目的和立足点。
At present, several representative models are widely used home and abroad in customer satisfaction research. With their respective strengths and weaknesses, they serve different research purposes and stands.
