摘要 研究了等温淬火温度对不含钼的镍铜合金化奥贝球墨铸铁力学性能和显微组织的影响,采用Hartley试验方案,定量分析了镍铜奥贝球墨铸铁的冲击韧度,硬度与奥氏体化温度,保温时间,等温淬火温度和等温时间之间的关系。 The effect of the temperature of austempering on the tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness and hardness of ADI with addition of Ni and Cu was investigated; the results of the investigation may serve as guidelines for the choice of most appropriate temperatures in production of a given grade of ADI. Basing on Hartley plan of experiment, the ADI was subjected to austempering in 17 variants; basing on it the relationships between hardness & impact toughness of ADI and heat treatment parameters were computed. The structure of the ADI was evaluated as well.
