摘要
目的 探讨脑囊虫病的发病机理是否与Th细胞分泌的细胞因子含量变化有关。方法 通过放射免疫法检测 30例体检正常者 (对照组 )与 32例脑囊虫病患者 (脑囊虫病组 )体内的IL - 2及IL - 6含量并进行比较。结果 两组体内IL - 2及IL - 6的含量间差别均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。
Objective To explore the relationship between the change of cytokine that Th cell produces and etiopathogenesis of cerebral cysticercosis.Methods Both IL-2 level and IL-6 level in control group and patients were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results IL-2 level and IL-6 level in patients were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion The etiopathogenesis of cerebral cysticercosis is connected with unbalanced secretion of cytokine of Th cell.
