婴幼儿辅食添加认知情况调查及健康教育培训方案 被引量:2

摘要 目的 为培养适应社区卫生服务发展和需要的高质量的妇幼卫生专科人才 ,针对培养方向 ,探讨对婴幼儿辅食添加健康教育培训方法。方法 采用分层抽样的方法随机抽取西安市雁塔区鱼化乡、长延堡乡、等驾坡乡和户县牛东乡 178名乡医和主要看护人进行问卷调查 ,调查内容为对婴幼儿辅食添加知识的认知水平及知识的来源途径。结果 在认知水平上 ,两组人群的认知率均偏低 ,在“合理添加辅食”方面 ,乡医的认知率为 5 6 3% ,主要看护人的认知率为 17 3% ,两组人群认知率间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。在知识来源方面 ,村医和主要看护人比较 ,在“电视” ,“培训”这两种传播途径上的差别具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。 Objective To train high-quality experts specific in maternal and children health care in consistency with the development and requirement of community health service,and to investigate the pattern of training methods on health education about infants′ food supplement aiming mainly at training direction.Methods (1)We investigated 178 general practitioners and foster care people randomly from Yuhua,Changyanpu,Dengjiapo,in Yanta district,Xi′an city and Niudong in Huxian county by homing interviews and optional questionnaires.(2)Data was analyzed by ratio and χ 2.Results (1)On cognize levels,both groups are lower than average,but there exits a significant difference in appropriate food supplement(P<0 01).(2)About the sources of knowledge,general practitioners mostly learn through training(P<0 01),while for the foster care people,TV programs are the chief source(P<0 01).(3)There is no difference between the two groups to get knowledge by TV,blackboard and pamphlets as the propagation means.Conclusion An effective way to enhance the notion of children care in rural areas is to increase the knowledge of food supplement and to improve health care education skills.
