随着经济全球化进程的日益加快,我国要实现在开放条件下产业结构调整的就业扩张,必须从我们特殊的国情出发,充分发展中小企业,加快农业劳动力向非农产业转移,发挥制造业的比较优势以及大力发展第三产业等措施,才能实现就业的有效扩张。
The process of the economic globalization is developing rapidly.China,in order to realize employment expanding of adjustment of industrial structure under the open conditions,must fully develop,according to China's special circumstances.The medium and mini enterprises,to quicken the transition of labour force from agriculture to nonagriculture industries;take advantage of the superiority of manufacturing and promote greatly the third industry.
