摘要
目的探讨氟伐他汀对高脂血症患者血清可溶性粘附分子含量的影响。方法 32例高脂血症患者使用氟伐他汀治疗 8周 ,观察治疗前后血清可溶性内皮细胞白细胞粘附分子 (s EL AM)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)、可溶性血管细胞粘附分子 - 1(s VCAM- 1)水平 ,及血清白细胞介素 - 1β(IL- 1β)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)浓度的变化。结果治疗 8周后 ,高脂血症患者血清 s EL AM、s ICAM- 1水平显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,s VCAM- 1无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,血清 IL- 1β含量下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血清 TNF无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论氟伐他汀可降低高脂血症患者血清可溶性细胞粘附分子水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on serum soluble cell adhesive molecules in hyperlipidemia. Methods 32 patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with fluvastatin for 8 weeks. Before and after the therapy, serum soluble endothelial leucocyte adhesive molecule (sELAM), soluble intercellular adhesive molecule-1(sICAM-1), and soluble vascular cell adhesive molecule-1(sVCAM-1) were examined. Serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were tested as well. Results After the treatment, sELAM and sICAM-1 were reduced markedly (both P<0.01), but sVCAM-1 was not (P>0.05). Serum IL-1β was significantly declined (P<0.01), but serum TNF was not (P>0.01). Conclusion Fluvastatin could reduce serum soluble adhesive molecules in patients with hyperlipidemia.
