残碳膜对凝汽器黄铜管早期腐蚀穿孔影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对几个电厂凝汽器新铜管短期发生腐蚀穿孔事例的研究和分析 ,确定其是由管内表面存在残碳膜而引起。探讨了有关机理 。 Through study and analysis of perforated corrosion events occurred on new brass tubes of condensors in several power plants, it is confirmed that the said events were caused by residual carbon films on inner surface of the tubes. Hence, related mechanisms have been discussed, and measures to eliminate and avoid occurrence of residual carbon film on the inner surface of brass tubes being put forward.
