摘要
随着市场经济的发展 ,越来越多的人对家族化经营提出了疑问 ,认为家族企业急需进行现代企业制度改革。在 2 0 0 1年香港全球论坛上 ,家族企业的改制成为“亚洲新一代”主题中的一个重要话题。对我国大多数中小型家族企业来说 ,改制是不必要的 ,因为在企业的初创期和成长期家族经营有着很大的优越性。然而随着企业规模的扩大 ,家族化经营显现出来的更多是劣势 ,改制也就显得迫切 ,但在我国信用制度不完善和职业经理人欠缺的现实环境中 ,家族企业改制遇到了很大的阻碍 。
With the development of market economy in China,more and more people question fanily management,thinking that family enterprises are in urgent need of modern system innovation.At the 2001 Global Tribune in Hong Kong, it was an important part of the theme of Asian New Generation. The authors have the opinion that it's unnecessary for most of Chinese small family enterprises to innovate because family managenent has a lot of advantages during their foundation and growth.However,as to a much larger scale, many advantages transform to the reverse, which makes innovation imminent. But family enterprises come across many hindrances in this process because of the market circumstances without effective credit system and sufficient professional managers. We expect the government can play a more active role in it.
