摘要
民族地区的政治和经济传统、民族意识、民族文化素质、民族心理和地理环境等构成制约我国民族地区社会变迁的主要因素。在加快实现民族地区社会变迁的进程中 ,不仅要大力发展民族地区经济 ,培育适合于民族社会变迁的政治文化 ,而且要积极引导民族意识的发展方向 ,全面提高民族社会成员的心理和文化素质 。
In China,the conditional elements of social vicissitude of regions of ethnic minorities are composed of the tradition of politics and economy,ethnic consciousness,ethnic cultural quality,ethnic psychology and geographical environments.During the course of quickening the social vicissitude of regions of ethnic minorities,we must do our best to develop the economy,cultivate the political culture suiting with the social vicissitude,positively lead the developmental orientation of ethnic consciousness,wholly improve psychological and cultural qualities of social members of ethnic minorities. [
