CO加氢合成低碳烯烃的催化剂沸石载体的电子效应

ELECTRONIC EFFECT OF ZEOLITE-SUPPORTED CATALYSTS IN CO HYDROGENATION TO PRODUCE LIGHT OLEFINS

摘要 研究了非水体系合成的系列(K,Na)ZSM-48沸石的载体性质,发现富钾、钠沸石在磁场中产生ESR信号,表明该类沸石具有特殊的电子效应。H_2和CO在催化剂表面的吸附说明载体的电子效应不仅改变了催化剂的还原性能,同时对表面的相分布起到了调节作用,致使载铁的系列(K,Na)ZSM-48沸石催化剂在CO加氢反应中有利于一氧化碳的解离和烯烃的选择生成。 The properties of (K,Na)ZSM-48 zeolite supports synthesized in non--aqueous system were investigated. The ESR signals arisen from zeolites riched in K and Na in the magnetic field were discovered, showing that the said zeolite materials had special electronic effects. The adsorption of hydrogen and carbon monoxide on the surface of Fe/(K,Na)ZSM-48 catalysts indicated that the electronic effect of the zeolite support changed not only the reducibility of the catalysts, but also adjusted the phase distribution of the catalyst surface, therefore, it is advantageous to the dissociation of CO and the selectivity for light olefins in the CO hydroge-nation reaction carried out under the pressured conditions.
