摘要
应用标量光场的角谱表示,推导了具有轴对称性的傍轴、非傍轴标量光束的光强二阶矩的传输规律。在此基础上,给出了光束的束腰半径、远场发散角及光束质量因子M2。对傍轴标量光束,证明了光束质量因子M2≥1;对非傍轴标量光束,指出当光束束腰半径很小时,其光束质量因子M2可以小于1,并随光束的束腰半径Wmin趋于零而趋向于零。
By using the angular spectrum representation, the propagation law of the second intensity moment are given for the axially symmetric paraxial and nonparaxial scalar beam. Based on it, the beam waist radius, the farfield divergence angle and the beam quality factor are obtained. The relation M2≥1 is proved for the paraxial scalar beam, and as for the nonparaxial scalar beam,the beam quality factor M2 could be lesser than 1 when the beam waist radius is too small and it should tend to be zero when the beam waist radius approaches zero.
