环境生物技术信息学通过计算机将生物信息学的技术与成果用于环境生物技术 ,控制污染。降解污染物基因DNA的碱基组成 -结构 -功能的核酸信息 ,降解污染物酶的氨基酸组成 -结构 -功能的蛋白多肽信息 ,为应用环境生物技术控制污染 ,注入了新的灵魂与力量。构建遗传工程特效菌株 ,高效降解危险有机污染物 ;创造高效工艺系统 ,去除危险有机污染物 ;有效降低或消除污染物对人体健康的危害 ,维护生态环境安全 ;
Environmental biotechnology informatics (EBTI) is the use of computer and the techniques of bioinformatics to control pollution. The information including the composition, structure and function of DNA sequence of gene and that of amino acid sequence of enzyme are the new soul and power for control of pollution by environmental biotechnology (EBT). Construction of genetically engineered strains for degradation of the hazardous organic pollutants, creation of technical process for purifying the hazardous organic pollutants,decrease or elimination of the damage effects on human health, keeping ecological environment in safety are the basic task and the bright future of EBTI.
