Marine engineering major(command of electromechanical) has been validated to be a major for China Maritime Police Academy by the Ministry of Education.It is necessary for us to consider how to show the characteristics of marine engineering major.Special characteristics of marine engineering major are proposed in this essay and their meanings are also described in detail.
