摘要
比例原则对防止国家权力的滥用和保护公民个人权利具有非常重要的意义。我国刑事诉讼法中侦查程序有多处体现了比例原则的要求,但由于规定相对模糊,需要进行立法完善。
The principle of proportion is meaningful to prevent a state's powers from being misused and protect the citizens' private rights.Now,the Criminal procedure law has many provisions about the principle of proportion in the procedure of criminal investigation,but the provisions are obscure.We should make better the provision.
