我国当今所实施的"依法治国"方略是在全面实行市场经济体制和突破地理环境局限条件下,选择性传承中国人治传统中的法制发展成就和西方现代法治文明基础上的制度创新。
China's implementation of the strategy of 'ruling of law' in the market economic system breaks through the limitation of geographical environment under the conditions of selective inheritance.It is an achievement of development of the legal system over China's tradition of 'rule of man' and an institutional innovation on the basis of the Western countries' modern rule of law civilization.
