子宫内膜息肉恶变相关研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 子宫内膜息肉（endometrial polyps）是指子宫内膜过度生长所致的单发或多发性结节肿物,直径在数毫米至数厘米之间,主要由子宫内膜腺体、间质和血管构成,是女性常见的子宫内膜病变之一,临床上主要表现为阴道异常出血[1]。子宫内膜息肉为良性病变,但有一定的恶变潜能,虽然子宫内膜息肉恶变率较低,据国外研究报道恶变率仅在012.9%之间[2],但该病起病隐匿,容易误诊,严重危害妇女健康,
