摘要
当前,人脸识别技术在公安工作中的应用既面临重大机遇,也面对许多挑战。借助该技术,公安机关可以实现对各类违法犯罪分子的快速识别和及时布控,但这又必须以更大的比对容量、更高的识别精度为前提。对此,通过"无感"方式持续获取相关信息,并进一步通过大数据人工智能算法进行人员分类刻画,可以较好地克服现有难题,提升公安机关的社会管控能力。虽然在隐私保护、精准识别和行业标准制定等方面还存在有待完善之处,但随着人脸识别技术的不断成熟,其必将对大数据信息化条件下的公安工作产生巨大的推动作用。
At present, the application of face recognition technology in public security work faces both major opportunities and challenges. With this technology, the public security organs can realize the rapid identification and timely control of all kinds of criminals, but this must rely on the larger comparison capacity and higher recognition accuracy. In this regard, through the insensible way to continue to obtain relevant information, and further through the big data artificial intelligence algorithm for personnel classification and characterization, can better overcome the existing problems and improve the social management and control capabilities of public security organs. Although there are still some areas to be improved in terms of privacy protection, accurate identification and industry standard setting, with the continuous development of face recognition technology, it will definitely promote the public security work under the conditions of big data.
