从心肌细胞再生看心脏修复认识的新突破

摘要 心脏细胞再生的研究是当前心血管研究领域的热点之一。传统的观点认为心肌细胞就像神经细胞一样是终末分化细胞 ,它不再分化、不再分裂、也不能再生。换句话说 ,人一旦出生其心肌细胞数量就固定不变。近年来 ,随着干细胞研究的不断深入 ,不仅在干细胞移植再生心肌研究中取得了可喜的成果 ,而且发现心肌细胞本身也具有分裂、再生的能力 ,使得心肌细胞不能再生的“经典论断”受到挑战 ,最终被打破。这一科学观念的更新历程体现了科学认识发展的一般规律和特点 。 The research about cardiac myocytes renewal is a hot topic in cardiovascular area. Cardiac myocytes are thought to be terminally differentiated cell and have been often compared to neurons for their inability to regenerate and replace damaged myocardium. It remains a general belief that the number of myocytes in the heart is defined at birth and these cells persist throughout life. With the development of stem cells research, not only stem cells transplant have succeed in heart but also cardiac myocytes renewal has been found in physiological and pathological conditions of the heart, the century dogma as cardiac cell unable to renewal collapse finally. The developing process of myocyte renewal theory clarified that the research about myocytes renewal can't apart from philosophy theory. Meanwhile, it also brought many thought and inspiration to us.
