摘要
基于ADAMS建立了滑行车多体动力学模型,获取了滑行车行驶速度、行驶法向加速度以及姿态角等运动参数.在此基础上,建立了滑行车1/4车体振动模型,并基于获取的滑行车运动参数建立其振动方程,通过Simulink仿真获得了滑行车在健康状态下运行过程中的随机振动信号以及滑行车在典型故障车轮破损状态下的随机振动信号.仿真结果和分析方法为滑行车的设计、安全性评估、故障诊断与预警研究提供了参考.
By establishing themulti-body dynamical model of roller coastersvia ADAMSTM,such motion parameters as driving speed,normal acceleration and postural angle are first obtained.Then,the vibration model of one fourthbody,along with vibrationequation,is attained.Finally,the random vibrationsignals of healthy and wheel broken conditions are simulate using SimulinkTM.Therefore,the simulation results and analysis methods set a reference to design,safety evaluation,fault diagnosis and precaution for roller coasters.
