摘要
随着高校扩招和社会对大学毕业生素质提出越来越高的要求,高校毕业生就业难已成为社会关注的热点,开展和推动高校的职业指导工作,对于提高毕业生就业率,促进高校的发展都具有十分重要的意义。从影响就业的因素入手,论述高校职业指导工作存在的问题,以及进一步开展与推动高校职业指导工作应采取的一些措施。
With the progress of enlarged enrollment of colleges and universities as well as the society's even higher requirement for qualified graduates,the difficulty graduates are faced with in finding a job has now become a hot is sue.Launching and advancing career guidance is of great importance for the promotion of graduates' employment rate and the development of college itself.Based on the factors influencing employment,this paper deals with the existing problems in career guidance as well as the measures for the further development and promotion of career guidance.
