摘要
云计算技术、海量存储技术、互联网信息技术的发展与相互融合为大数据时代的到来奠定了基础。大数据时代中,如何应用上述技术优势与成果,优化建筑工程项目管理,建立完善科学的工程项目管理机制,成为有关单位及工作人员面对与思考的课题。论文主要结合工程项目管理的经验,分析大数据背景下建筑项目管理的策略与创新要点。
The development and integration of cloud computing technology,mass storage technology and internet information technology have laid the foundation for the arrival of the era of big data.In big data era,how to apply the advantages and achievements of the above techniques to optimize the construction project management,establish and improve the scientific project management mechanism,become the subject that related units and staff need face and think.This paper mainly combines the experience of engineering project management to analyze the strategy and innovation points of construction project management under the background of big data.
