摘要
建筑施工行业作为一个传统行业,成本和利润相对比较清晰,想要获得利润增长率实属困难。如何经营、控制成本,从而保证预期利润显得至关重要。在EPC合同中,物资供货成本极大影响了整个项目的整体成本和利润,论文根据多年国际施工经验,从物资管理成本入手,就物资管理成本控制的关键点做了探讨。
As a traditional industry, the cost and profit of construction industry are relatively clear, it is difficult to obtain profit growth rate.So how to operate and control the cost is very important. In the EPC contract, the material supply cost greatly affects the whole cost and profit of the whole project. According to the international construction experience for many years, this paper discusses the key points of the material management cost control in?view?of the material management cost.
