摘要
为了研究在粗粒土高填方工程中冲击碾压联合满夯进行分层填筑压实的效果,首先开展强夯与冲击碾压专项试验,获得两种压实方法的施工参数,然后在试验区进行冲碾联合强夯分层填筑压实施工,并对填筑效果进行检测。开展强夯专项试验,由单点夯试验确定了强夯最佳击数,通过进行取消满夯试验,获得了不同施工流程的施工效果;开展冲碾专项试验,通过干密度、固体体积率、碾压沉降量检测确定了不同虚铺料厚度、不同碾压遍数下的冲碾效果。在试验区联合使用两种工法进行分层填筑压实,结果表明:工程施工进度快,无论强夯处理层还是冲碾处理层都能达到设计要求,整个填筑体的压实质量高。
In order to research the compaction effect of bedded filling layers of coarse-grained soil treated by impact rolling method combining dynamic compaction method,a two-step study is carried out. The separate experiments of dynamic compaction and impact rolling method are performed firstly to acquire the construction parameters of the two methods respectively,and then the inspection tests are carried out to study the treatment effect of testing area treated by the two methods. In the dynamic compaction test,the optimal tamping blow is determined by single point tamping,the treatment effect for different process is acquired by cancellation of full tamping. In the impact rolling test,the rolling effect for different layer thickness and rolling frequency is studied by the determination of dry density,solid volume ration and compaction settlement. Two treatment methods are adopted in experimental area. The experimental result shows that both dynamic compaction and impact rolling could meet the design requirements with high efficiency and quality.
