摘要
研发了一种自平衡高压注浆钢管土钉,对其受力特性进行了研究,分析了注浆浆液在土钉中的传力特性,并对相同尺寸的自平衡高压注浆土钉与普通注浆土钉进行了抗拉对比试验。分析结果表明,自平衡高压注浆钢管土钉通过浆液压力的自平衡,可以对土钉孔侧壁进行一次高压注浆,高压注浆对孔壁土体产生压密渗透的作用,可提高土钉注浆体与孔壁土体之间的抗剪强度。两组抗拉试验结果表明,相同的荷载作用下,自平衡加压注浆土钉产生的上拔量只有普通注浆土钉上拔量的54.8%和50.2%,自平衡加压注浆土钉的抗拉性能要明显优于普通注浆土钉。
A kind of self-balanced high-pressure grouting steel pipe soil nail was developed.The mechanical properties of the soil nail were studied.The force transmission characteristics of grout in the soil nail were analyzed.Tensile tests of the same size self balanced high-pressure grouting soil nailing and common grouting soil nailing were carried out.The analysis results show that the self-balanced high-pressure grouting steel pipe soil nail can be grouted through the self-balanced grouting hydraulic pressure,and the high-pressure grouting will produce the effect of pressure infiltration on the soil of the hole wall,which will improve the shear strength between the grout and the hole wall.Two groups of tensile test results show that under the same load,the uplift of self-balanced pressure grouting soil nail is only 54.8%and 50.2%of that of ordinary grouting soil nail,and the tensile performance of self-balanced pressure grouting soil nail is obviously better than that of ordinary grouting soil nail.
