摘要
某剧场屋盖网架工程始建于1987年,已经使用近30年,屋盖为空间正放四角锥网架结构,采用螺栓球节点。在改建过程中,因由使用功能升级及设备改造,原网架结构不能满足安全性及耐久性要求,需对其进行检测、鉴定及加固。依据钢结构加固原理,针对节点及杆件的不同受力特征,采用了新型加固方法,对于螺栓球节点采用附加扁钢节点板方式进行加固,对于支座节点采用增设加劲肋解决其稳定问题,针对受压稳定性不满足要求的杆件及受拉承载力不满足要求的杆件分别提出了"外包接触式套管加固"及"贴焊套管加固"两种不同加固方案,提高了杆件的抗拉及受压屈曲承载力,解决了杆件安全性问题,也减少了网架结构加固中的焊接作业,从而有效消除了焊接应力的影响以及焊接过程中钢管高温软化可能导致的非预期破坏,并大大缩短了施工作业时间,取得了良好的社会与经济效益,为以后类似改造工程提供了借鉴。
A theater roof grid structure project was built in 1987,has been used for nearly 30 years,the roof isorthogonal square pyramid grid structure with bolted-ball joint. In the process of renovation, due to the use function upgrades and equipment transformation,the original grid structure can't meet the safety and durability requirements,detection,identification and reinforcement is needed. According to the reinforcement principle of the steel structure,a new reinforcement method is adopted for the different force characteristics of the joints and the bars. For the bolted-ball joint,the additional flat steel gussets are used to reinforce the anchorage ribs. Two kinds of reinforcement schemes,such as outer sleeve reinforcement and welding pipe reinforcement,are proposed for the rods which do not meet the requirements of compression stability and the rods which are not satisfied with the bearing capacity. The tensile and compressive bearing capacity of the joint,the problem of the safety of the bar and the welding work in the reinforcement of the truss structure are reduced,the influence of the welding stress and the possible unexpected damage from high temperature softening of the steel pipe during the welding process is effectively eliminated,the construction timeis greatly shorted,and good social and economic benefitsis achieved. It alsoprovides a reference for similar project.
