摘要
针对工程总承包合作利益分配问题,在项目各参与方平等合作的基础上,引入公平关切理论,运用心理规律弱化理性假设,以系统整体利益最大化为决策目标,构建了总承包商和分包商之间的利益分配模型,得到了均衡状态下双方各自的最优努力水平及最佳利益分配比例,并进一步分析了双方的能力差异和分包商的公平关切行为对双方各自的最优努力水平、最佳利益分配比例及总承包商期望利益的影响。研究表明公平是工程总承包利益分配机制中的一个重要因素,在分包商具有显著相对优势时,考虑其公平关切行为的利益分配机制是一种帕累托改进,可以实现项目价值增值的最大化,从而改善合作双方的期望利益。
Addressing aprofit distribution mechanism in engineering contracting projects,the fairness concern theory is applied to develop aprofit distribution model between general contractor and subcontractors to maximize the system profit using psychological regularity to weaken rational assumption of economics on the basis of equal cooperation between parties involved in the project.The optimal levels of effort and the best appropriate proportion are deduced through solving the proposed model.It further analyzes the impact of the capacity difference and the subcontractor's behavior of fairness concerns on the two sides' optimal effort levels,the best appropriate proportion respectively and the general contractor's expected profit.The analysis shows that fairness is an important factor of benefit distribution mechanism,and under certain conditions,the distribution of benefits in EPC projects considering fairness concerns is a Pareto improvement which can maximize project value-added,and then improve the two sides' expected profits.
