摘要
信息产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业 ,但至今国内外对信息产业尚没有统一的认识 ,更没有规范的统计指标。为此 ,本文从天津信息产业发展的实际出发 ,借鉴国内外对信息产业的界定及其指标体系的分类和测算方法 ,依照《中华人民共和国统计法》的规定 ,制定了一套科学、合理的信息产业统计指标。
Though information industry has become the pillar industry of national economy,there isn't an agreement on information industry both at home and abroad,let alone standard statistics index.Therefore,from the current situation of Tianjin information industry development,the paper refers to domestic and foreign definition to information industry,the classification of the index system and measure method,then draws up a set of rational,and scientific statistic index of informataon industry,according to statistic law of the People’s Republic of China.
