摘要
在新时代就业压力相对较大的大背景下,本文以就业市场需求为导向,结合我校具体就业情况,以能源与动力工程类专业核心课程"传热学"为例,对就业形势下课程改革进行探索研究。提出了"厚基础、宽口径、趋前沿、重实际、多学科综合、优化方法、强化质量"的教学改革思路,并提出了调整教学内容,优化教学方法等具体手段。对提高该专业毕业生就业率有一定的理论基础和指导意义。
Under the background of the new age-difficult employment, the thesis based on the employment market demand as the guide, with energy and power engineering specialized core curriculum 'Heat Transfer Science' as an example, explore and study on the curriculum reform under the employment situation. And also the thesis puts forward the thought of teaching reform that is 'thick foundation, wide caliber, appulsive frontier, preferential practical, multidisciplinary integration, optimized methods, intensified quality', and proposes the specific measures to adjust the teaching contents and optimize teaching methods, which has some theoretical basis and guiding significance for improving the employment rate of graduates.
