摘要
本文分析了我国高职应用化工技术人才培养过程中存在的问题,以及社会对应用化工技术人才人才素质、知识、能力等方面的要求,探索应用化工技术人才培养模式,提出"一核心、二标准、三融合"人才培养模式,并且设计出与该模式相对应的一套课程体系。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process of applied chemical technology talents in higher vocational education in China, as well as the social requirements for the quality, knowledge and ability of applied chemical technology talents, and explores the training mode of applied chemical technology talents. The training model of 'one core, two standards and three fusion' is put forward, and a set of curriculum system corresponding to this model is designed.
