摘要 电镀是提高钢铁材料抗大气腐蚀的有效方法,镀锌六价铬钝化是金属防腐的重要措施之一,六价铬钝化工艺耐腐蚀性能优秀,得到广泛应用。但六价铬是一种剧毒物质,严重污染环境和危害人体健康。随着人们环保意识的不断提高,其应用已经受到了严格限制,开发环保型的无铬钝化工艺势在必行。 Eltroplating is one of the effective methods to improve the anti-corrosion of steel,hexavalent chromium passivation is one of the important methods for anti-corrosion,its corrosion resistance is also very good,and therefore is widely used.But hexavalent chromium is a highly toxic substance,it polluting the environment seriously and harm to human health.With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection.It is imperative to develop environmentally friendly chromium-free passivation process.
