摘要
本文以天然高分子材料明胶和海藻酸钠为壁材,尿素为芯材,采用乳化交联法,制备得到了明胶/海藻酸钠复合微胶囊型缓释氮肥。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和光学显微镜(OM)对其结构做了表征,测定其包封率和载肥量,且对其缓释性能进行了初步探究。实验结果表明:明胶/海藻酸钠复合微胶囊型缓释氮肥呈圆球形,表面光滑无皱、形态规整,粒径约为100~120μm之间,尿素的载肥量为401mg/g,包封率为80.2%,在静态水中释放28 d的累计释放量为40.45%,表现出较好的缓释性能。
In this paper, gelatin/sodium alginate compound microcapsule sustained-release nitrogen fertilizer was prepared by the method of emulsifying cross-linking with natural macromolecular gelatin and sodium alginate as the wall materials, and with urea as the core materials. The structure was characterized by IR and OM. The encapsulation rate, fertilizer load rate and the properties of sustained release were studied. The result showed that the gelatin/sodium alginate compound microcapsule were spherical and intact with smooth surface and possessed a mean diameter of about 100~120 μm. The fertilizer loading and encapsulation efficiency of the urea were up to 401 mg/g and 80.2 %, respectively. The cumulative rate of urea-release in static water situation for 28 days was 40.45 %, which indicated satisfactory sustained-release performance.
