成人高等教育“多元”教学培养模式的构建及其实现途径 被引量:3

摘要 成人高等教育"多元"教学培养模式是成人高等教育教学在多元智力理论指导下的新突破,为我国成人高等教育教学培养模式提供了新的参考框架和理论支撑。针对我国成人高等教育教学内容单调老旧、教学方式僵化单一、评价依据不科学、学生自身主体性缺失的现状,建立基于多元智力理论的以培养目标"多元"、培养方式"多元"、培养内容"多元"、成长平台"多元"为基础和核心的成人高等教育"多元"教学培养模式刻不容缓。其实现路径主要包括:健全体制机制,提供"多元"培养立法保障;整合教学素材,丰富"多元"教学内容;吸收优秀案例,创新"多元"教学方法;运用网络媒介,扩充"多元"教学工具;协同各方资源,搭建"多元"人才成长平台。 The proposition of multivariate theory of intelligence has rapidly become a significant guiding ideology and theory basis in educational reform of western countries.Owing to the current phenomenon of monotonous content of courses and method of teaching,unscientific assessment basis and students' deficiency in motivated studying in China's adult higher education,it is urgent to establish multivariate teaching and training types of adult higher education on the basis of multivariate foster target,method as well as content,and growing platform in multivariate theory of intelligence.The access of achieving goals mainly includes improving institutional mechanism,providing insurance of legislation in multivariate foster,integrating teaching material,enriching multivariate teaching content,absorbing perfect examples,innovating multivariate teaching method,expanding teaching facilit1 ies by internet media and building multivariate personnel training platform under the various resources.
