摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通车辆车轮差速控制的概念,根据独立旋转车轮耦合技术将车轮差速控制方法分为机械差速控制方法和电气差速控制方法,并详细分析了两种方法的控制原理。概述了车轮差速控制技术在国外城市轨道交通中的应用。经过对比分析,建议国内制造商从研究简单可靠的机械差速控制方法入手开发新型城市轨道交通车辆。
The concept of wheel differential control on urban rail vehicle is introduced.Based on the coupling technology of independently rotating wheels,the wheel differential control method is divided into mechanical differential control method and electrical differential control method,the principles of the two methods are analyzed in detail.Through a survey of the applications of wheel differential control in foreign rail systems,and a comparative analysis,suggestions of research on the simple but reliable mechanical differential control method are given to domestic manufacturers for the development of new urban rail vehicles.
