摘要
针对工科专业全日制工程硕士研究生培养过程中的诸多不足,以创新应用能力培养为目的,以广东海洋大学专业学位机械工程专业为案例,结合产学结合的培养思路,在制定培养方案、完善双导师制度、建立有效评价体系及构建联合培养模式等方面,提出改革的具体建议。
Aiming at the deficiencies in the process of cultivating engineering professional full-time Master of engineering graduate,in order to provide practical experience and reference in enhancing the ability in cultivating high level talents innovation application of China. Some specific suggestions for reform are proposed for the purpose of the innovation and application ability training,to take the professional degree majored in mechanical engineering as an example,with the combination of production and education ideas of training,in the development of training programs,to perfect the double tutor system,to establish an effective evaluation system and the establishment of joint training mode.
