摘要
鉴于当前高等院校食品科学与工程专业人才培养的现状,校企合作卓越人才培养计划应时而出。该计划,通过2+2培养模式,将学生培养成会管理、懂经营、能训练的综合型人才。职业创业——学生顺利毕业后,可优先被合作企业录用,开始自身职业经理人事业,参与门店的经营与管理;也可进行职业创业,投资开店,分享企业利润,进行品牌加盟。
The plan of excellent personnel training for enterprise cooperation was put forward aiming at the present situation of food science and engineering specialty talents training in Colleges and Universities. This paper systematically expounds the specific measures for the training plan of excellent talents training of enterprise cooperation. Through 2 +2 training mode,students become compound talents who can manage,operate and train. After graduation,students can be given priority to be employed by cooperative enterprises. They started their career as a professional manager and participated in the operation and management of the store;They can also carry out career entrepreneurship,invest in a shop,share corporate profits and join the brand.
