师范生专业技能训练的提升策略——以X师范大学为例 被引量:17

The Promotion Strategy of Professional Skill Training for Normal University Students——Taking X Normal University as a Case

摘要 师范生培养对于我国教师队伍建设具有重要作用。新时期背景下,师范生培养过程中专业技能训练日益受到重视。通过对X师范大学师范生专业技能训练的现状进行调查研究,数据结果表明,该校师范生专业技能训练方面仍存在一定的问题。为此,有针对性地提出了师范生专业技能训练的提升策略:充分利用学校的媒体,提高学生对专业技能重要性的认识;加强实践教学环节,强化师范生专业技能;调整课程设置,完善专业技能培训课评价方式;提高导训员的专业技能水平,避免培训流于形式。 The cultivation of normal university students plays an important role in the construction of China’s teachers.Under the background of the new era,the training of professional skills in the training process of normal university students is increasingly valued.Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the professional skills training of normal university students in X normal university,the results of data show that there are still some problems in the professional skills training of normal university students.Therefore,this paper put forward pointedly strategies for improving the professional skills of normal university students:make full use of the school’s media to improve students’awareness of the importance of professional skills;strengthen the practical teaching link and the professional skills of normal university students;adjust the curriculum and improve the evaluation method of professional skills training course;improve the professional skill level of the instructors and avoid the training becoming a mere formality.
