光面爆破技术在崩坡体围岩梯形小断面滑坡处治排水隧洞中的设计与施工

摘要 光面爆破是通过正确选择爆破参数和合理的施工方法,分区分段微差爆破,达到爆破后轮廓线符合设计要求,临空面平整规则的一种控制爆破技术。本文以独特的工程案例,通过实验,在一个有滑移隐患的崩坡体围岩梯形小断面滑坡处治排水隧洞内采用全段面光面控制爆破技术进行掘进,大大提高了开挖速度,并为崩坡体围岩特殊小断面排水隧洞暗挖支护作业提供了质量和安全保障,获得了宝贵的经验,可为类似工程提供方案设计和实践参考。 The smooth blasting is a technology which to select the correct blasting parameters and reasonable construction methods to blasting one by one in the section and the contours line correspond the design requirements and overhead is smooth after reaching blasting.In this article,we tried to dig-in by full section smooth blasting technology in the small trapezium section of the collapse slope rocks in the drainage tunnel,it can speed up the progress of the project and it also supply safety and security in the same time. This project gave us an opportunity to gain valuable experience. This technology to serve as a reference for similar projects.
