摘要
国内铁路预应力混凝土连续梁采用预制胶结拼装法施工的不多。结合郑阜铁路周淮特大桥跨新运河三联(40+56+40)m预应力混凝土连续梁施工,从控制网的建立、测点的设置、首浇段及待浇段的测量控制等方面,对梁体长线法分节段预制的测量方法进行了介绍。实践表明该测量方法易于操作,精度可控,技术先进。
It is very infrequent that railway pre-stressed continuous concrete girder bridges are built by means of the pre-castingcementing-assembling method right now in our country.With the tri-linked 40+56+40 mpre-stressed continuous girder of the Zhou-Huai Mega Bridge of the Zheng-Fu Railway across the New Canal as a practical example,introduced in the present paper is the measuring method for the girder body that is section-by-section-pre-cast by means of the Long-Line Method,from the angles of establishing the control net,setting up the measuring points,the measuring control of the first cast section and the sections to be pre-cast,and the like.Practice shows that the measuring method is easy to operate,controllable in accuracy and advanced in technology.
