摘要
断裂强度是聚丙烯腈纤维最重要的参数之一,也是纺织行业客户的基本要求。在共聚物制备和纺丝过程中可以采取不同的方法,如提高固含量,改变黏度、凝固浴、干燥器等,提高断裂强度。但是在工业化、大规模、持续生产过程中会有很多限制问题。研究了工业生产中一些决定性因素,尤其是牵伸、收缩和凝固条件对提高断裂强度的影响。Polyacryl公司的AcrylicⅡ工厂利用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂,通过溶液聚合得到聚合物,并用湿法纺丝方法制备了纤维。
One of the most important parameters for acrylic fibers is tenacity,which is a basic customer demand in the textile industry. There are different methods to increase tenacity in co-polymer preparation( increasing solid percentage in dope,changing in viscosity etc.) and in spinning operation( changing the operating condition of coagulation bath,dryer etc.). But in an industrial,mass,steady production process there are serious limitations. In this article,the effect of determining parameters especially final stretch,shrinkage and coagulation in industrial production process to reach improved tenacity is investigated. The process in AcrylicⅡ factory of Polyacryl Company is based on solution polymerization with DMF as solvent followed by wet spinning method to produce fibers.
