摘要
通过针对基础产品创新科研项目技术研究,采用了pro/E的NC模块进行仿真。在三维工艺平台上获取了相关加工信息和加工模型。根据加工工艺定义加工参数,生成刀位文件,实现轨迹仿真。通过后置处理生成NC程序。以某型号柴油机箱体为应用对象,实现了三维工艺平台和pro/E的集成,为柴油机关键件数字化制造奠定了技术基础。
Through the research of the project which basis on product innovation research, simulation has been done with the pro/E NC simulation module. Related information and machining model obtained from 3-d process platform. According to the process, parameters are defined, the cutter location file are generated, and trajectory simulation are realized. Then, NC program obtained through post processing. Select a type of diesel engine casing as an application object, realized the integration of the pro/E and 3-d process platform, and laid the technical foundation for diesel engine key-module digital manufacture.
