锁定钢板治疗全髋关节置换术后Vancourer B1型假体周围骨折

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗全髋关节置换术后Vancourer B1型假体周围骨折的临床疗效。方法对8例全髋关节置换术后Vancourer B1型假体周围骨折给予切开复位锁定钢板内固定术。结果随访3个月~6年,术后复查X线片,骨折均骨性愈合,愈合时间3~6个月,患肢髋关节功能恢复良好,患肢功能恢复正常。结论应用锁定钢板治疗全髋关节置换术后Vancourer B1型假体周围骨折具有创伤小、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床应用。
