实施“1110”制度降低外环境禽流感病毒污染水平分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过'1110'制度实施前后对家禽市场外环境禽流感病毒污染情况进行监测,评估实行'1110'制度对降低外环境禽流感病毒污染水平的效果。方法 2014—2015年对佛山市三水区城区活禽市场进行连续监测,以擦拭涂抹的方式采集环境标本,采用RT-PCR检测A型流感病毒核酸和H5、H7、H9亚型。结果实行'1110'制度后首季度活禽市场标本禽流感病毒阳性率为14.20%(2015年第一季度),明显低于'1110'制度实施前的25.49%(2014年第4季度),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其他对应每一个季度2014年与2015年阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。'1110'制度实行前后活禽市场售卖用具标本禽流感病毒阳性率高于禽粪和笼具,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外环境标本中以H9亚型阳性率最高,均检出H5、H7、H9等不同亚型,并存在混合污染。结论三水区家禽市场实行'1110'防控措施初始阶段即明显降低了市场外环境禽流感病毒污染程度,但后续阶段的控制效果不持续,禽只售卖环节可能加大禽流感病毒交叉污染的风险,市场清洗消毒效果不明显。应加强家禽市场的升级管理,保证活禽市场'1110'措施真正落到实处。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of'1110'measures on reducing environment contamination of avian influenza virus(AIV)in the poultry market in Sanshui district by monitoring the contamination of avian influenza virus outside poultry market before and after the implementation of'1110'measures.Methods The live poultry market in Sanshui district from 2014 to 2015 was continuously monitored.Different types of environmental specimens were collected from poultry market stalls to detect of influenza A virus nucleic acid by RT-PCR,the positive detections were further detected for AVI subtypes H5,H7 and H9 nucleic acids.Result In the first quarter(first quarter of 2015)after the implementation of the'1110'measures in the live poultry market,the positive rate of avian influenza virus in specimens was 14.20%and significantly lower than before(fourth quarter of 2014)which was 25.49%.The differences was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in market positive rate and specimen positive rate between 2014 and 2015 per quarterly period.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparing by sampling source,the positive rate of avian influenza virus in selling utensils in the live poultry market was the higher than poultry manure and cages.The difference was statistic ally significant(P<0.05).Before and after the implementation of the measures,the highest positive rate in the live poultry market was subtype H9,and there were many virus subtypes H5,H7,H9 in the live poultry market,also with mixed contamination of different virus subtypes.Conclusion During the initial period of implementation of the'1110'measures,for the poultry market Sanshui district,the degree of avian influenza virus contamination in the environment outside the market has been significantly reduced,but the control effect in the subsequent stages did not last.The risk of cross-contamination of avian influenza virus may increase in the sale of poultry.The effect of the cleaning and disinfection in live poultry market is not obvious.The upgrading management of the poultry market should be strengthened,ensure the effective implementation of the'1110'system in the live poultry market.
