摘要
目的评价齐齐哈尔市三家试点医院实施扩大性病就诊者艾滋病检测策略效果,为在全市范围推广提供可行性策略依据。方法收集三家试点医院2015—2018年1—6月性病就诊者艾滋病病毒抗体(HIV)检测数据(其中2015年是基线数据),进行年度间HIV检测率比较和各年度内医院间HIV检测率比较。年度间比较采用趋势χ~2检验,年度内医院间比较采用Pearson χ~2检验。结果 2015—2018年,三家试点医院HIV检测率从16.6%提高到86.8%,年度间呈上升趋势(χ~2=2 687.940,P<0.01);齐齐哈尔市第一医院HIV检测率从20.9%提高到96.2%,年度间上升趋势(χ~2=1 300.870,P<0.01),齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院HIV检测率从7.8%提高到79.7%,年度间呈上升趋势(χ~2=976.797,P<0.01),齐齐哈尔市第七医院HIV检测率从19.4%提高到87.9%,年度间呈上升趋势(χ~2=624.848,P<0.01)。齐齐哈尔市第一医院各年度HIV检测率均显著高于其他两家医院。结论齐齐哈尔市扩大性病就诊者艾滋病检测策略有效扩大了性病就诊者HIV检测,大型综合医院实施效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the AIDS testing strategy for the expansion of sexually transmitted disease(STD)hospitals in three pilot hospitals in Qiqihar,provide the feasible strategic basis for the promotion of the citywide.Methods The HIV antibody test data of AIDS patients in the three pilot hospitals from January to June during 2015 and 2018(the data of 2015 was baseline data)were collected,in order to compare annual HIV test rates and the HIV detection rates in hospitals during the year.Trend chi-square test was used for year to year comparisons,and the Pearson chi-square test was used for comparison between hospitals during the year.Results The HIV detection rate in STD patients in the three hospitals increased from 16.6%at baseline to 86.8%in 2018,showing a very significant linear upward trend between years(χ~2=2 687.940,P<0.01).The HIV testing rate in the first hospital increased from 20.9%to 96.2%,with an annual increase(χ~2=1 300.870,P<0.01),from2015 to2018.The HIV testing rate in the third affiliated hospital increased from 7.8%to 79.7%,with an annual increase(χ~2=976.797,P<0.01).The HIV detection rate in the seventh hospital increased from 19.4%to 87.9%,with an increasing trend between years(χ~2=624.848,P<0.01).The HIV testing rate in the first hospital each year was significantly higher than that of the other two hospitals.Conclusion The HIV testing strategy for expanding STD patients in Qiqihar has effectively expanded the HIV testing of STD patients,and the comprehensive general hospital has better result.
