摘要
当前,城市建设已进入存量焕新、内涵增值的时期,城市文化已成为促进城市转型发展的核心动力之一,历史文化资源在历史街区的更新提升中将发挥越来越重要的作用。恩宁路是广州独具特色的历史文化街区,其保护利用规划在对街区文化价值进行深入挖掘的基础上,确定了街区底线控制要求,其试点实施方案从整体空间形态修补、建筑保护利用、街道空间品质提升、水岸空间品质提升、慢行环境打造和街区活力激发6个方面提出了具体的实施策略。同时,该项目结合市—区联动、共同缔造等方式制定工作方案,形成项目制度保障,推进历史文化街区从规划到实施的全流程规划管控。
Urban development has stepped into the stock renewal period,urban culture becomes the core power of urban transformation,historical and cultural resources are playing more and more important role in the promotion of historical and cultural blocks.En’ning road is one of historical and cultural blocks in Guangzhou,based on exploring its cultural value,the Enning Road Protection and Utilization Plan ensures the control lines,puts forward six strategies about whole spatial form,protection and utilization of buildings,quality of blocks space,quality of water’s edge space,slow space,and blocks vitality.Meanwhile,the Plan sets the working path with the participation method,forms the institutional guarantee,advances the whole progress control from formulation to implement.
