摘要 磷化氢 (PH3 )是有毒、致癌、无色、有恶臭味的气体 ,既可由工业化学合成 ,也可由生物合成。产PH3 的微生物一般为兼性厌氧和专性厌氧微生物。借助于气相色谱检测 ,已发现PH3 在自然界中广泛存在。热力学分析 ,磷酸盐还原成磷化氢是一种吸能反应。目前 。 Phosphine is a poisonous,carcinogenic,colorless and malodorous gas.There are industrial synthetic phosphine and biogenic phosphine.The facultatively and obligately anaerobic microorganisms can generate phosphine. It is found that phosphine is ubiquitous in nature by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Thermodynamic considerations indicate that the reduction of phosphate to phosphine is endergonic. At present, the mechanism of biogenic phosphine formation is not established.
