摘要
对世界足球强国巴西、意大利、阿根廷等国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理体制与我国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理现状及存在的主要问题进行了详细的比较和论述 ,就我国如何借鉴足球强国对裁判的管理经验和方法、制定适合本国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理体制提出了 7条对策性的建议 :改革和完善我国现行的体育体制 ;加大司法介入力度 ;建立独立的监督体制 ;重视裁判员职业道德培养 ;建立完善财务管理制度 ;加快裁判员职业化进程 ;建立中国职业足球联盟 ;加强舆论监督。
The article make detailed comparison on the status of management system between China and other famous soccer nations such as Brazil, Italy, Argentina, etc. 7 pieces of advice are also given on how to study the famous nations' advanced experience and methods and formulate management system for our nation's professional soccer match: reform and improve present sports system; intensify judicial intervention; construct independent supervising system; focus on the cultivation of referee's professional morality; improve financial system; speed up the course of the specialization of referee's; build up China' professional soccer league; intensify masses supervising.
